Structural System
Motor Supports
The connection between the first and second levels of the robot is achieved through the motor support structures. These components simultaneously fulfill structural and mounting functions.
The assembly process is performed as follows:
- The supports are screwed from the upper side to attach them to the second level.
- The supports are fixed from the lower side to connect them to the first level.
- This configuration increases the rigidity of the overall structure.
Ring Support System
The IR ring is supported using spacers directly connected to the primary support structure. Additional reinforcement is provided through screws located at the upper section of the assembly.
This design helps maintain ring stability during operation while absorbing stresses generated by collisions and impacts.
